Happy Thanksgiving!!!

as we head into the final days before Thanksgiving.....I would like to wish all you scrappers and non-scrappers and very Happy Thanksgiving!!!(or happy turkey as my dad would say)as you get ready to hussle and bussle to the inlaws,or worry about the turkey being perfect!!!please try to keep in mind of what you are truely thankful for...maybe spending an entire day or 2 with the inlaws won't be so bad!! maybe there will be some kind of flaw with the turkey...but it'll be OK! just be happy and thankful that everyone is together,healthy,safe and most of all sharing the best holiday together...here's wishing you and yours a very safe,fullfilling,blessed and thankful holiday!!be safe and take care!!!

QITM Birthday Celebration!!!

On October 8th QITM celebrated it's 1st Birthday.We are all so excited about this acheivement.the group has been through some changes and new group members.it's an exciting group of talented woman!in celebrating it's 1 year group members are offering birthday themed scrapbook items with FREE SHIPPING!!! how cool is that! so here is my little contributions of birthday goodies...my favorite is the cup cake album,which actually turned out CUTER than I imagined.I haven't updated my blog in a couple months but have been trying to stay busy listing items on ebay!don't forget to check out my other items listed!!chat later-take care!!

So this is why I haven't been on ebay much or even scrapping at all lately,for the past 2 months I have been busy with puppies.and I'm talking PUPPIES!!!both my female dogs went into heat at the same time,we were planning to breed our 2 labs but as nature would have it there was a little accident with the Beagle and Lab.YES! it's possible...so don't even ask!at first we had planned to abort her pregnancy which I wasn't too thrilled about but I didn't want her to suffer with huge puppies.well when it came down to it my vet said it would probably be better for her if she had her litter because aborting the pregnancy would be painful for her,she would of had to take a series of shots(which hurt) and meds which would make her very sick,not to mention she would than abort dead puppies.which I wasn't about to deal with.so we decided 4 puppies wouldn't be so bad.needless to say they all looked like labs she had 3 boys and 1 girl whelped on June 2nd at 4pm,it was a tough labor for her but she was such a trooper!! she's been a good mommy ever since,even though now one of her pups almost out weighs her,in size and weight.LOL

2 weeks later labs puppies were whelped on June 16th although this labor didn't go as smooth as we had hoped! she had a total of 8 puppies but the first one didn't make it :( she delivered 3 more and went into such a stress mode she stopped laboring.needless to say we were at the clinic by the time she had the first one,the last 4 were whelped by C-section and revived by the best vet techs anyone could ask for!!! so there we have it a house full of puppies!!! 11 to be exact!! and 3 adult dogs for a total of 14 total dogs!!! can you say INSANE!!!
