I made this card tonight using Little Scraps of Heaven Designs 

file "With love collection" (I used the bear)

added a scalloped edge to the heart using my old faithful fiskar edge scissors 

project life journal card and 

We R Memory keeper planner punch(for the punched holes) 

dollar tree glitter heart foam stickers 

Unity Stamp Co. sentiment  stamp (I LOVE her stamps!!!)

I used a printable kit from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs

called January Planner

I matted the bears on a coordinating color cardstock

and hot glued it to a paper clip aren't they adorable <3 br="" nbsp="">
