I made this card tonight using Little Scraps of Heaven Designs 

file "With love collection" (I used the bear)

added a scalloped edge to the heart using my old faithful fiskar edge scissors

We R Memory keeper planner punch(for the punched holes) 

dollar tree glitter heart foam stickers
