Photo Note Cards

since I have been taking lots of pictures(with my DSLR camera) of all the beautiful flowers in bloom I thought I'd put them to good use and make note cards out of them.

Giggle Card

originally this was just a paper piece but than I turned it into a card,though it's a little larger than the cards I usually make but I think it looks cuter as a card.

Gabrielle

Here is a layout I worked on this morning of my beagle Gabrielle "Gabby" I have so much of their photos I need to get busy on..behind her picture is a removable "journal" tag but I haven't journaled on it yet.her name(letters)are by cricut tear drop cartridge.paper is DCWV,also added prima flowers and crocheted flowers.

so here's the story to their names...my girl lab is Xena named after that 90's show Xena warior princess.lol and that's actually her registered AKC name and than there's Hercules(AKC name Hercules warior prince) and than Gabrielle who (in the Xena tv show) was Xena's side kick.lol and my 3rd lab Miracle is Xena and Hercules daughter from their first litter.she was the runt of the litter,her AKC name "Lady Miracle"

since my kids are older they don't want their pictures taken so the dogs are my guinea pigs with my camera and the sad part is...even my dogs are getting tired of having their pictures taken..lol

Hercules

so this is the first scrap page I've made for myself in years!!I haven't scrapped for my own self in years since I've started selling on ebay(isn't that horrible)I still scrap in 8X10,haven't converted over to 12X12 right now my albums are half done,so I have no choice to continue scrapping in that size until I can start a new album.so here's the first of many more hopefully...lol this is of my boy lab "Hercules" and the journaling says..."you're actually the most loveable lab there is besides the other two(our girl lab and their daughter)you don't really live up to your name,maybe if you were put to the test you would be a Hercules in every way...but,on a daily basis you are nothing but a loveable dog." he'll basically lick you to death!!! he's a licker...big time and he doesn't like getting his pictures taken because my flash on my dslr camera scares him...lol what a wuss...

Father's Day Paper Bag Album 8X8

here's my father's day paper bag album that I finished and posted on ebay.with the same quotes I made one for my husband a couple years ago.

45 "Sucks" lolipop bouqet

here's the lolipop bouqet I made for my husbands birthday this coming friday! I saw it posted on the cricut website,very CUTE idea and I think it's hillarious,although my husband may not see the "joke" in it at first.I am taking it to his job.didn't actually think 45 lolipops would fit...LOL letters and numbers made with my cricut,I am loving so much these days!!!

Hello again!!!

I know I haven't posted much or even created new stuff lately.I have recently started a mission on loosing weight.so that is where most of my spare time has gone,in walking....I started walking 2 miles a day and now I am up to 5 miles a day,I have lost 9 lbs.but I'm still far away from my goal.a friend has recently inspired me because she had lost a huge amount of weight by walking and changing her eating habits,she wasn't on any weight watcher programs or diet pills and she has done an incredible job!!so I figured if she could do it,so can I!!! why not!? I'm not getting any younger and I'm tired of being FAT.I'll be 40 in August and I am well on my way to a smaller size.now it's just a matter of finding time to scrap again....but first off I have to regroup and clean my scrap room,it's in pretty bad shape.

I am currently working on a "father's day" paper bag album which I hope does really well on ebay.we'll have to see.
